After long negotiations, a new contract of explosives provisions as well as drilling and blasting for the “Compagnie des Bauxites de Guinée” (Company of Guinea Bauxite) mine in Sangarédi was signed by Nitrokémine and Nitrokemfor Guinée, subsidiaries of EPC group. This new 7-year contract represents a cumulated revenue of 120 million USD.

EPC, through its subsidiaries, is involved with CBG (subsidiary of ALCOA) since more than 15 years. Signing this contract represents the renewed trust of one of the main mining operators in Africa.

EPC confirms in 2016 its positioning as a major player in the mining sector, the CBG contract follows the contracts earned in the last months in this sector in New Caledonia, in Saudi Arabia and in the Ivory Coast.
